You have to pay for return shipping if you want to return your product or the package is returned because it has not been picked up at the post office.

We do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another item please place a new order.

If you are not completely satisfied, you can receive a refund of the cost. Please note that we charge $18.50 restocking fee on opened/used or 100% restocking fee for a materially different item. We are not responsible for lost merchandise in transit back to us.
